I haven’t had the surgery, but the consultation itself was so good. First, they looked at the CT images and explained everything in detail, and there was absolutely no pressure. They accurately understood the needs I wanted and explained things well, and for the parts that weren’t possible, they clearly said they weren’t possible and would look strange, so it was a consultation that made me trust them more.
