First nose surgery consultation review for bulbous nose and short nose!!

First of all, my nose is short compared to my face, it’s a bulbous nose, and my skin is on the thicker side? What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line with an Oh Yeon-seo feel. I said I don’t like it when it looks too subtle, and I want the bulbous nose correction to be definite. 1. DDE-GTS Had a CT scan. Waited 50 minutes? I had a consultation at the same time as my friend, and since it was my first consultation I couldn’t ask properly, but they drew the nose line on the printed photo they took, and I liked the line. It kind of felt like they would take care of it well on their own. They said they would use silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, but if there wasn’t enough septal cartilage, they might open it up and use donated costal cartilage. I said I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and an Oh Yeon-seo feel?? I said that, but I didn’t like that they said they wouldn’t know whether they’d use donated costal cartilage until they opened it up. It feels like an extra charge after surgery. But it does seem like they shape the line well. 2. NYD - single-doctor clinic They definitely have quite a lot of pride in being a single-doctor clinic. No hired doctors. They said they directly handle aftercare. Also, they said I have a lot of septal cartilage, so septal cartilage plus silicone and ear cartilage would be enough, and they sounded confident, so I trusted them more. 4.40 million?? But compared with the clinic above, I trusted this one more. After my consultation, the doctor went to surgery just 5 minutes later. They had already put the patient under anesthesia and came out to consult, so that felt a bit uncomfortable. But I guess with a single-doctor clinic it can’t be helped It felt expensive even though they’re not using costal cartilage. They said they would definitely correct the bulbous nose, so I trust them a bit. The places I still have reservations for are MYD-YYT / MB-SYB / BYB-YYM. If anyone has been to the same clinics, could you share information??
