I had my first rhinoplasty at Named, using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge. The shape of my nostrils, my bulbous nose, and my thick skin making my nose look round were a real complex for me, but I think they’ve improved a lot! Breathing is a bit difficult, but I want to get the splint off soon and see the shape haha
