It's been about 7 years since I had double eyelid surgery, and the doctor was very confident. It was so long ago that I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was over 1.5 million won, and they recommended incisional double eyelid surgery + upper canthoplasty, so I did that.
They said they specialized in revision surgery, and it was a place where one doctor performed overall plastic surgery such as eyes and nose..
Other plastic surgery clinics said that if the distance between the inner corners of my eyes was widened more, it would become too narrow, so they suggested an inline crease with no canthoplasty,
but only this place recommended upper canthoplasty (I think it was magic epicanthoplasty? opening upward while opening the front just very slightly) plus an in-out line.
But.. during anesthesia I opened my eyes a bit weakly, and maybe because of that, the line settled almost like an inline~inner double eyelid. My right eye is okay, but my left eye has a double eyelid scar, and both eyes have upper canthoplasty scars..
Still, people around me don't know I had double eyelid surgery unless I tell them. I think it's even more because the eye shape looks natural.. Anyway, it's not like there are scars serious enough for me to consider revision surgery, but if I could go back, I think I would do it somewhere else..
