Before/after At Avantgarde Plastic Surgery, with Dr. Jang Wook, I had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting, and 3 months later I have even completed the second round of fat grafting. After the first fat grafting, it seemed like more than half of the fat that had been filled in was absorbed, so I had a second fat grafting. Now it seems to have settled naturally without looking awkward. The first time, I swelled a lot and my eyes felt stiff, so the first week was difficult. But with the second fat grafting, there was no pain and no bruising, so I liked that I could go back to daily life right after the procedure. Before surgery, I saw many posts saying that under-eye fat repositioning can also have many side effects, so I was very worried. Fortunately, the surgery went well without any side effects, and now that the area under my eyes is filled in, it looks tighter and my skin looks better too. I am happy because many people tell me I look younger than before surgery.
