Because I had a hump nose, my nasal bridge was already high, but I disliked the masculine impression, and my side profile that looked flat and pressed down was a major source of stress.
I wanted to have osteotomy, but they said if I did, the defined look of my high nose would disappear, so they recommended only the nasal tip. I tend to drink a lot, but since I had surgery without an implant, I haven’t had any problems so far. I did it with autologous ear cartilage, and there hasn’t been any major change haha. I like it so much, and I’m happy because it’s a nose that suits my face!
