I'm 9 months after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. Since the 1-month mark, I've been monitoring a step-off at the area where the nasal bridge and tip connect. I have a revision surgery booked for February, and I really don't want to have surgery again, but please take a look at how my nose looks
