It has been a long time since I had eye surgery.. Only one eye keeps staying swollen and feels puffy, and when I look downward, the double eyelid line is way too visible, like Baek Ji-young.. I had just been living with it, but suddenly I want to have surgery again, so I am looking into it.. Where is good these days..? I am new to this community, and even the hospital names written only in consonants are so hard for me
