Five years ago, I was scared of nose surgery, so I had a consultation at ㅌㅅㅋ and had the entire nose area (the entire bridge and columella) implanted, but because it was done under local anesthesia it hurt like crazy Now it has dropped quite a bit, so I’m thinking about nose surgery again... Maybe I asked for it to look as natural as possible because I was afraid it would become too high and unnatural, and that turned out to be the mistake Right after the procedure it looked the prettiest, and the bridge has kept sagging, so I don’t recommend it... Otherwise, if you do get an implant, you should probably tell the doctor to put in as much as possible up to the maximum they can safely use
