Previously, at a certain plastic surgery clinic, I had nasal tip cartilage tying using septal cartilage + bulbous nose correction + raising the nasal tip, but the bulbous nose correction barely worked, the septal cartilage inside became deviated, and the nasal tip drooped again, so the columella ended up looking like it was curling inward. So I’m considering revision surgery this time. ㅁㅎ-ㅇㅅㅎ ㅋㅇ-ㄱㅎㅌ ㅇㄷ-ㅊㅇㄷ I went around to three places for consultations (I consulted at four, but excluded one). They all recommended autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip + lowering the columella, and 1 and 3 recommended reducing the step-off with ear dermis. I don’t really remember whether 2 mentioned reducing the step-off, and I was also recommended arrow nose muscle resection. Since I want a natural straight nose (like, when people really just look at it, even girls would wonder whether I had surgery or not? I really just want to fix the columella curling inward and the nasal tip drooping), they all said my expectations themselves are modest, so that much should be fully possible.
But what I’m worried about is: 1: On Premium Review View, there aren’t many reviews, and there are a few bad reviews, somewhat flashy? line The consultation went so smoothly that I’m kind of being swayed 2: On Premium Review View, there are way too many bad reviews. I saw photos on the clinic website that looked like they raised the bulbous nose tip, but even to me, someone pursuing naturalness, some photos looked a bit too natural But then again, the successful reviews look really, really good, and they say they specialize in rib cartilage 3. There aren’t many reviews, but an acquaintance of mine had a good result here
