About 12 years ago, I went along with my girlfriend when she was getting alar base reduction, got tempted into nose surgery, and ended up having it done. It doesn’t really interfere with my life, but I don’t know why I had the surgery. I barely remember the clinic location too. I remember it was silicone + ear cartilage. I have a foreign-body sensation and the silicone is showing through, so I’ve decided to get everything removed, but I don’t know which clinic to go to. I have no information and nowhere to ask, so please recommend a clinic
