After<after>After<after>Before<before>I had surgery for septal deviation because of rhinitis, and while doing that, I also had osteotomy for the hump and cosmetic surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip. Originally, I was looking into functional surgery, but people around me said that if I had surgery at an ENT clinic, my nose could end up looking worse than the nose I originally had. I think I heard that because they are not board-certified plastic surgeons, the nostrils could become uneven or something like that. So I chose a plastic surgery clinic that collaborates with an ENT and does both functional and cosmetic surgery, had the operation, and my rhinitis has definitely improved while my overall impression also looks cleaner.
