He said the silicone definitely needs to be removed, and he would use septal cartilage, but if there isn’t enough, he can use the remaining ear cartilage. He also touched my nose and explained while showing me several before-and-after photos, which was nice. He seemed to place importance on facial harmony, while also taking safety into account.

I don’t know if it would actually turn out like that, but it was easy to understand at a glance. He immediately understood what kind of shape I wanted and said my skin is thin. He said the silicone definitely needs to be removed, and septal cartilage alone may not be enough, so donor costal cartilage may need to be used additionally. His style was to explain things simply and clearly.
