Before <round> After <kidney-bean shape> My nose tip was blunt and my nostrils were round, which was a complex for me, so I booked nostril reduction, but everyone in this community strongly tried to stop me. I wanted to change my nose, but I didn’t want to put cartilage or anything else inside... They say it has no effect, but it’s safe and makes the tip very slightly slimmer, so I switched to nose-tip tying and got it done today??? But the exact nose shape I wanted came out today.
Is this going to naturally come down anyway once all the swelling goes down?? I wish it would stay exactly this shape.

There are a lot of reasons I don’t recommend it, but to summarize, it’s factory-style, explanations are lacking, the consultant’s condition wasn’t good, and they don’t recommend a design based on the patient’s condition but just do what’s convenient for them..
