I had revision surgery less than a year after my first surgery, and this time I feel like the line came out well. For my first surgery, I thought a high, glamorous nose looked so pretty, so I had it done that way, but after doing it, it didn’t suit my face at all?? So for the revision, I made it as natural as possible, changed to a lower silicone implant, removed the ear cartilage, and did the nasal tip using only septal cartilage. There’s still a lot of swelling, but the bruising is almost gone, so it’s just slightly yellow around the nose. The bridge and nasal tip are moderately high and not excessive, so I really like it Especially the side profile line! Now when I look at my face, only my nose doesn’t look burdensome anymore, so that’s the best part haha I want the swelling to go down quickly so I can see a slimmer line.
