It’s been a little while now, but I had lower blepharoplasty done for my mom in May this year... I came in to look into my own plastic surgery, and since I’m off work and tomorrow is Friday, I’m going to sit down and write this properly~ Since I came into this community, I read other people’s reviews, and although it’s not my own story, I’ll write a little.

My mom had lower blepharoplasty 14 years ago and had already had upper blepharoplasty 2 years ago.. It would have been nice if she had done them all at once but somehow she ended up doing them separately.
At the time, I thought it turned out pretty well, you know? The under-eye wrinkles and the bumpy unevenness my mom had been worried about definitely got better, so she was satisfied. But as time passed, even when she wasn’t angry, her expression started to look expressionless. I think there are a lot of people here who had this done for their mothers, so you’ll know.. Now I’m earning money little by little too, and I can pay in installments so I got it for her as a Parents’ Day gift.
What I learned while going around consultations was that the problem wasn’t hollowing from under-eye fat, but that the area below the eye toward the outer side had sunken, making her look older.. Did anyone here know that? My mom didn’t know either. First, I went to Jung Woong Ki Plastic Surgery. Since it was a revision surgery.. I looked around very carefully, and I had consultations at 3 places.
I liked that it was a single-doctor clinic, so I didn’t have to worry about it being like a factory-style clinic, and fortunately the director handled my mom well(?) I went because I heard lower blepharoplasty was their main focus, and I could tell they had done and consulted on a lot of these surgeries. The director imitated how my mom looks when she usually does eye makeup I had to work hard on my trying-not-to-laugh challenge. The younger-looking feeling definitely came out a lot as the under-eye area became flatter..! My writing is a bit all over the place, but it was a good Parents’ Day gift. It’s year-end and New Year’s season now, so everyone will be going to see their parents. Wouldn’t it be okay as a gift I recommend it!
