It has already been two months since my rhinoplasty, lol. Before surgery, I searched this community extensively for reviews and received a lot of help, so I wanted to leave my two-month review too!
I had 3D-customized 3 mm silicone, autologous costal cartilage for the tip, nasolabial angle correction, short-nose correction, bulbous-nose correction, alar reduction, paranasal augmentation, and functional rhinoplasty including inferior turbinate resection and correction of a deviated septum at Space Plastic Surgery with Dr. Ham Gi-won.
Compared with week two, the swelling has gone down a lot and it has definitely become more natural. At first, the tip looked slightly upturned and the alae seemed pinched, but now the straight line I wanted has appeared and I am satisfied with the height too!
People around me often say that it looks natural and well done, haha. However, the scar on the left ala is still somewhat visible, and the tip is still hard. I also had functional rhinoplasty, but perhaps because a lot of crusts have formed inside my nose, I do not feel that my breathing has improved much yet.
Still, I am satisfied with the appearance and hope the scar and nasal congestion improve in the future. More than anything, I hope the current shape stays well without changing, haha.
