Recently, sagging shows more when I take photos than when I look in the mirror, T_T. My cheeks were descending and making my jawline collapse too, so my whole face looked tired. I had Ultherapy. Since my entire face felt less elastic rather than just one or two areas, I chose 600 shots. During the consultation, the doctor personally checked my cheeks, jawline, and double chin one by one. I had wondered whether 600 shots simply meant treating the whole face heavily, but the doctor said every face has different sagging locations and volume, so how the shots are distributed matters even with the same 600 shots. I was especially worried about cheek hollowing, so we discussed it during the design and checked which areas needed to retain volume, haha. I did not want necessary volume reduced, and they designed my whole face with that in mind, dividing the number of shots differently by area. The doctor had performed Ultherapy for a long time and had seen many facial cases, which gave me confidence. The doctor personally performed the treatment according to the design from the consultation. They checked inside the skin with an ultrasound screen along the way and adjusted the location and depth. Pain differed by area, lol. Some areas were fine, while near the bone there was a brief electric sensation, but it was not continuously painful and was better than expected. Afterwards it was only slightly numb, with no obvious signs requiring me to cover my face, so I returned to daily life immediately. It has now been about a month. Before, my cheeks through jawline looked generally saggy, but now my facial contours feel firmer. I especially like that my jawline looks less blurred in photos, haha. Friends have asked several times whether I lost weight, which made me feel good, lol. There was no cheek hollowing, and it feels like only the sagging lines were tidied while the original volume was largely preserved, so I am satisfied. I also liked that the 600 shots were divided among necessary areas rather than applied heavily to the whole face, haha. It seems to have turned out as I wanted without cheek hollowing, so I plan to return here for Ultherapy next time too, lol.
