I saw that under-eye fat repositioning is divided into Encore and regular under-eye fat repositioning. I gave up on ㅅㅌㅂ, the only place in Busan that uses Encore, because even consultation reservations are backed up so much.. I'm wondering if I should go all the way to Seoul for a consultation. Encore is really expensive, but if recovery is that fast and it's that good, why do so few hospitals use it? Is it because it's expensive?
