I knew the under-eye color was from blood vessels showing through, so I knew surgery wouldn’t fix that and didn’t expect much, but after surgery the color got much lighter and it improved a lot compared to before. It was my first time getting cosmetic surgery, so I was very worried, but they explained the surgical method in detail while drawing it out for me. Before, it still showed even with makeup on, but now it’s barely visible with makeup, and even my bare face looks okay, so I’m very satisfied. This may be genetic, so I’m trying to manage it well, but I don’t know if applying eye cream will help. For those with severe under-eye fat, makeup absolutely won’t cover it, so surgery is the answer
