I went to the hospital where I had surgery yesterday to talk about how my nose was ruined from excessive osteotomy, how other hospitals said revision surgery wasn’t possible, and about a refund. Then they said things like they would graft ear cartilage and add reinforcement, that they would do it for free, and that they would attach donated costal cartilage to the septum to straighten the deviation for 2 million won. For a moment I was tempted, agreed to the revision surgery, and even set a date, but then it suddenly occurred to me that this hospital is known in a community for bad reviews, so after sleeping and waking up, I immediately canceled the surgery.
Last night I couldn’t even sleep properly, tossing and turning, then got up from dawn to get ready, took a plane to Seoul, and it was freezing to death, but the medical consultation with the hospital didn’t go well either. They said the nostril swelling had originally been about that much too. Ha, I seriously want to dieㅡㅡ
I already had functional nasal surgery once to correct the septum and also had turbinate resection, but whenever people come near me or look at me, maybe my nose looks stuffy to them, they keep blowing and touching their noses. Maybe I look like I can’t speak, so they talk a lot, or maybe I look like I can’t breathe well, so they breathe heavily and stuff. This time I think I should go to Asan Medical Center for functional surgery and see Professor Jang Yot-ju once.
