While shaving down a hump, they performed osteotomies on both sides, but one side was over-osteotomized, so I went to the clinic to talk about it and bring up a refund. They said that even if it’s done precisely, whether it goes in a lot or only a little is a matter of luck lol. What kind of nonsense is that? They should have assessed from the beginning how deep it needed to go and made it go in only that much. I don’t know about the refund.
