It's been almost 5 years since my male nose surgery

I had nose surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, but as time has passed, the height of my nasal bridge and nasal tip no longer match.. and the implant at the nasal tip moves. As it moves, it has protruded more to the right lol; The hospital where I had the surgery has closed down, so I feel even more troubled.. I keep thinking about revision surgery, so I’ll have to do it depending on my schedule.
