I had surgery 3 years ago using septal cartilage + shaving down a hump nose. It’s drooping so much now, and the hump has grown back, so I went back for a follow-up and consultation, but the consultation with the director was cut off after 3 minutes. They said the consultant who was in charge of me was off that day and that they would call the next day with the estimate, but I haven’t even gotten a call... I made the appointment weeks ago and took time out to go... Is it because I already had surgery or what;
