I heard dark circle surgery is under-eye fat repositioning, so I have been looking into it, but is it definitely effective? Right now the area under my eyes looks a bit bluish, but I do not know if it is because of fat. Friends around me who know a lot about cosmetic surgery have often said it seems like it would be good to do.
