I had rhinoplasty with donated rib cartilage at a famous clinic, but my columella got cut down. Since the columella disappeared, my nostril wings look droopy and I completely lost the feel of my natural nose.. Please recommend a clinic that doesn’t make a sharp nose without a columella, but makes it pretty while bringing out the columella
