I'm going for consultations at Ittem and Epic this week. If I end up getting revision rhinoplasty, there’s a lot of talk about whether to use donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage. For those of you who had a successful revision rhinoplasty, what material did you use? Since I haven’t gone around for consultations yet, what I keep thinking about endlessly is the nasal tip material.. lol ha I want to get out of this endless revision surgery stress as soon as possible, so I hope the weather helps me out at least while I’m going around for consultations For silicone, I want my nasal bridge to look a bit more dramatic, so I want to use a slightly higher mm than the silicone currently inside my nose
