I had my first double-eyelid surgery consultation at the very famous ㅍㄹㅁㅇ, and I consulted with Director Jang. He was on the blunt side, and I think the consultation lasted about 5 minutes. Only this director recommended an incisional method to me, and he said the reason was his personal preference. I gave up on deciding to have surgery.
