After after after after after after after after before before Before surgery, my nose was a little crooked, and my hump nose wasn’t severe, but the nasal tip drooped when I smiled, so I was very stressed. When I compare photos from right after the surgery with now, the only difference is how plump the nose looked because of early postoperative swelling, and I really can’t tell that the height has decreased or anything like that. Rather, as the nose became sharper overall and the nasal tip stands up prominently, my face, which used to look a bit flat, now has more three-dimensionality, so I think my image has matured a lot. Septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and they said they would use ear cartilage if there wasn’t enough, but in my case ear cartilage ended up being used too haha
