It has already been five months since my arm procedure. I stopped receiving aftercare for hardened tissue a long time ago, and there is now hardly any left, so it does not interfere with my daily life! In the middle, I received improper care at a massage shop, and one side looked somewhat like a wound for quite a while, but that has almost completely healed too!! Always be careful with massage shops, and it is best not to do anything other than the care recommended by your clinic T_T. I am genuinely eating a huge amount, but my arms are amazing in that they are not gaining more weight... I want to stay extremely slim, and I am very happy with them. I do not get arm massages separately; using a massage gun from time to time to loosen them up feels sufficient!! Having it done before summer made me feel relieved, and I spent the season feeling cooler >.<
