Ultra Encore Pulse 3 sessions Erbium YAG Fraxel 3 sessions I had those done. I had a lot of rolling and boxcar scars on my right cheek. First of all, when you get Ultra Encore Pulse, the redness lasts a really long time. It stays very red for about two months and then gradually fades, but it has only been two months, so it has not completely gone away yet. For now, I’m going to wait and see. There is definitely an effect on scars. I had a lot of non-ablative treatments before and they had no effect at all, but this place is not like that.
