I had it done twice But when I look at old photos, the outer/lower corners of my eyes, especially in ID photos, definitely did go downward. But after about 5 years, can they reattach or something? I recently saw someone who had lower canthoplasty, and I like the kind of obvious cosmetic-surgery look that seems like overcorrection. Is that the trend these days? Or does it differ by clinic?
