I had my eyes done at POP, so I was going to do my nose there too, but that doctor was the only one who gave a different diagnosis. I’d been to Very Good and another place before (don’t remember), and they also said I didn’t have a hump. Eight and Topface both said my nasal tip was drooping, not that I had a hump, but only that place said I had a hump and that my nose was already a pinched nose and all that. So I said I’d do osteotomy or whatever if needed, but I really didn’t want overly pinched 110-volt nostrils, and I explained it as well as I could. But they kept saying it was subjective so they couldn’t say, that this was a subjective part so they couldn’t tell me how much would look unnatural. I said I was talking about what looks unnatural from an objective and generally accepted perspective, but they kept circling back and saying it was subjective until the end.
In contrast, Topface and Eight gave almost the same estimate, and said I don’t really have a hump but I could do osteotomy, something like that. The price ranges were similar.
But two places were positive and one place was negative... I don’t know what to believe. At POP, they even said if I’m worried about the nostrils, I should not have the surgery at all. But I said I don’t care about the height and just want the drooping corrected naturally...
If anyone has had nose surgery at POP, Topface, or Eight, please leave a comment. I should get it done before the year ends, but I’m debating whether I should do it or not.
