I had a really small rib cage, but I wanted a C cup. The doctor said it might not be possible, but they put in 300cc. The surgery went well and wasn’t particularly hard, but since it was an inframammary incision, I was left with a lot of scarring. And over time, I noticed my shoulder trapezius muscles seemed to be taking too much strain and got bigger, I developed a cervical disc issue, and my facial sagging also seems worse. Now I regret not keeping my expectations lower and just going for around a B. Please take note.
