<After>I had hump-nose rhinoplasty without an implant! They said my septal cartilage was sufficient, so only septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip! But my nose was already a bit crooked before, and after surgery it looks even more crooked I had functional rhinoplasty done at the same time too, but thankfully there are no functional problems at all! The asymmetry bothers me a bit, but I’m trying not to think about it and just living with it! It looks much higher in the photo, but in real life it’s not that high
