Consultation review at a clinic

I went for consultations at three hospitals well known for removal/revision surgery because my silicone implant was moving. I decided to have surgery at one clinic, and I liked the director the most. First of all, the director was really kind and explained things well. After taking a CT scan, he personally looked inside my nose, touched my nose, and it felt very thorough. Even when I asked a lot of questions, I didn’t feel pressured; rather, if I asked one question, he added several more explanations on top of it. Removal was recommended, and when I showed him the nose shape I wanted, he said it would be fully possible even without an implant, and he seemed confident! For the nasal tip, he said he would use ear cartilage and also use my existing septal cartilage depending on its condition. After surgery, he personally took photos and did a virtual simulation to show what kind of nasal line I would get, which helped a lot. What swayed me the most was the aftercare period and that even simple cosmetic dissatisfaction can be addressed with aftercare within 3 years. And that the director will definitely see me at every hospital visit after surgery? Overall, among the hospitals I consulted with, it felt like they spent the longest time on the consultation and examined me the most thoroughly haha
