It’s been about two weeks since surgery, but there’s discharge, and the upper part of the columella?? That area is red and swollen. They said to take medicine, apply ophthalmic ointment, and keep watching it, but it’s a wound that will get better quickly, right?... And the shape of the nasal septum looks like that because of scar tissue and swelling, so it only looks swollen instead of straight, right?? When will the nostril shape become like an 11?
