I’m a man, and without implants I only had the nasal tip done using septal cartilage and ear cartilage to lengthen the nose and slightly raise the nasal tip. I’m currently on day 4 after surgery, but the nasolabial angle? seems more upturned than before surgery, so is this an upturned nose? Or will it come down once the swelling goes down?? Everyone who has had rhinoplasty, please tell me
