B&Y Ko-jelko review

I had silicone, cartilage binding, and ear cartilage for the tip six months ago. In short, I am unhappy and need revision surgery lol. I trusted the director because his own nose was very small and well-shaped, thinking it would be okay, but as expected, he made my tip genuinely fatter and my nose larger than before, so I have been going in for scar-tissue injections for seven months. I have only had one consultation with the director, and it was not even 20 minutes. The silicone has also shifted to the right, so the silicone is visible through the skin only on the right side. From the reviews, it seems other people had the same issue. But the director said this was not something he could provide aftercare for. He also said the tip was not due to a surgical error but because my skin was thick. My skin is actually very thin, and when I asked for before-and-after photos and received them, my previous tip looked much better and the new one was far more exaggerated. In short, this is absolutely not worth waiting two years and saving up the cost for. I really do not recommend it. If you do not want a fat nose, I do not recommend Ko-jelko at B&Y The consultation was also perfunctory, and when dissolving filler they did not dissolve the middle of my nose, so it swells whenever I am tired When dissolving my filler, the director just felt around with his hands and only dissolved the glabella and bridge... Looking back, he had been careless from then on, but I trusted him because the clinic was famous. I should not have gone through with it.
