Nose Re-Surgery

About contraction-phase symptoms

I am past three weeks after removing my nasal implant and will soon be at four weeks, but for the past few days I have felt as if something is stuck on the upper mucous membrane inside my nose. When I apply eye ointment with a cotton swab, it does not feel like a scab; it feels somewhat hardened. Could this be a symptom of scar tissue forming as the contraction phase begins? Will it improve with time? I read that after revision rhinoplasty, scar tissue stabilizes somewhat after six months to a year. Has anyone here experienced this very uncomfortable feeling, as if a booger is stuck inside the nose?
