My dark circles were insanely severe, and the unevenness under my eyes made me look so tired, plus I looked older than my actual age, so I had been deliberating over lower-eyelid fat repositioning for about a year. I came to feel that the genetic factors were truly unavoidable, regardless of age, so I consulted several surgeons known for lower-eyelid fat procedures, and Dr. Yu Sang-su was one of them. Interestingly, the doctor did not recommend various additional procedures, and said that repositioning alone would be enough to improve things. I trusted the doctor and underwent surgery, and I am genuinely extremely satisfied with the results! A friend had also said she wanted to have lower-eyelid fat surgery, so I even told her the doctor’s name and recommended that she go for a consultation... There are no separate surgical scars or anything like that, and apart from the slight swelling and faint bruising that disappeared quickly right after surgery, there was nothing more, so I was able to go straight outside! Now that more time has passed, I wonder if there is any recovery left to do, but even the makeup that had become heavier because of my under-eye area has become lighter, and I feel I made such a good decision having the surgery!
