It has been four years since I had non-implant rhinoplasty here. Seriously, nobody can tell I had rhinoplasty... My boyfriend knows, though (because my nose is so stiff... I absolutely cannot make a piggy nose). It looks so natural that nobody would know unless they touched it. No complications, and there is absolutely no scar where the nose was incised. They said a white linear scar might remain, but it is invisible even in natural light. One slight regret is wondering how it would have looked with a softer half-L-shaped bridge... I think one reason it looks natural is that they make the columella rounded. However, my nose became a little longer.. because the columella was brought out If I could go back, I wish I had made the nose a little shorter and added more curvature... Sometimes I wonder whether I would have gotten a more aesthetically beautiful nose if I had gone to a board-certified plastic surgeon..?? Of course, compared with my old nose, it is definitely better even now. I have had no major problems, so I’ll just be satisfied and live with it.
