I hoped this would be my last surgery... It has been a little over a year since my third revision rhinoplasty. I was clearly told that my nasal bridge could not be raised because my skin was thin, and that I did not plan to raise it because my eyes were close together. When the splint was removed a week later, my eyes still looked extremely close together. When I asked, they said they had raised it by 5 mm without even telling me... The tip should have been raised to match the bridge, but it seems they raised the tip as much as possible and then matched the bridge to it. My nostrils look like two vertical lines. My eyes still look close together...
