I went to ㄱㅇㅅ in Hongdae. I have straight silicone, ear cartilage, and septal extension. They said they would first remove everything and reshape my nose. They said they might be able to use a little of the septum inside, but the cost is a bit burdensome, so I’m going to look into places in Gangnam more.
