After my first surgery, my nasal tip drooped so badly I worried a lot that it might droop again, but I ended up getting revision surgery At first, I was also worried that maybe my nasal tip was raised too much But it gradually became more natural, and now it hasn’t drooped further I think it’s just right What I realized after researching a lot for this revision surgery is that if your nose is on the longer side like mine or if you want to raise the nasal tip a lot autologous costal cartilage seems to be the answer Cases of nasal tip drooping are more common than I thought It seems like you need to firmly support the nasal tip strut? columella? with autologous costal cartilage Of course, the surgeon’s skill is more important But I hope everyone looks into it carefully and has great results with their first surgery haha
