Glabellar swelling or blood pooling

I had surgery on the 12th at 10:30 a.m. I had it done by Dr. ㅇㅈㅎ at ㅂㅌㅇ, and I went in right at my reserved time without waiting. Because my nasal bones were wide, I had osteotomy, a 3 mm silicone implant inserted, the columella done with septal cartilage, and the nasal tip done with ear cartilage. It’s the evening of day 2 now, and the swelling around my glabella and eyes is really severe. This nose surgery is the first cosmetic surgery of my life, so I keep wondering if swelling this much is normal.. From the side, I look like some kind of Avatar; my forehead and the starting point of my nose are in a straight line.. Since it’s only day 2, I try to think it’s just swelling, but I still feel anxious.. They do say you swell more if you have osteotomy, but when I looked up glabellar swelling, people said it could also be blood pooling. How do you tell the difference between swelling and blood pooling? I’m so worried I’m going crazy, seriously
