I had surgery a really long time ago at a hospital that is very famous now for dark circles and fat repositioning. I was the type whose dark circles showed a lot because I had no volume under my eyes, so I got fat grafting. But... instead of putting fat under my eyes, they filled my anterior cheek area very plumply with fat, so the dark circles were still there, but only my anterior cheeks became prominent. It made my nose look low, and seriously I was so upset. My impression changed subtly..... Thankfully, a lot of the fat did go down, but it feels like the fat in the anterior cheek area is subtly sagging more... After that, I do not even look at that hospital.
