I got lower canthoplasty around this time last year, and because my eyes are slightly sunken, after the lower canthoplasty my eyelashes kept touching my eyeballs. I kept putting up with it, then had the threads removed right away at the beginning of this year. I don’t recommend it for sunken eyes. It looks unnatural The clinic recommended another surgery, but my eyeballs were getting damaged and it was hard to even look at sunlight
