I am someone whose swelling goes down relatively quickly, so I feel there is almost no difference between when the splint was removed on day 7 and now. I had 4.5 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and mesh all removed. Since the removal was done at the same clinic where I had the original surgery, they still had photos of my natural nose and surgical nose, so I think it was easier to consult and shape the nose together. My nasal bridge is lower and I have returned to a severe bulbous nose, but it is less bulbous than my natural nose? I am taking comfort in that. Most of all, I feel relieved mentally because it no longer looks artificial. I swear I will never do anything else to my nose until I die. It is an ugly nose, but there do not seem to be many reviews from men, so I am leaving this post for men who are considering removal to use as a reference for how the shape changes afterward~
