In reality too, for about the past week there doesn’t seem to have been any major change in the line. Of course, compared with 3 months ago, it’s a huge change... If I had known I could lose it this quickly, I would have done it earlier. These days my clothes fit so much better, so I’m happy. I used to wear 4XL plus-size clothes, and 3XL was too small, so it wouldn’t go on or close, you know? But these days I wear L~XL! For elastic-waist items, I even wear free size (44~66) comfortably. I lost a total of 11 kg, from 87 kg to 76 kg now! But when I met my family after a long time and told them I lost 11 kg, they said there was no difference anywhere except my belly went in I didn’t even tell them I had the procedure, but I guess to other people only my belly looks like it slimmed down It means the procedure effect is clear, so I’m happy, but it was a bit funny-sad that there wasn’t a big change elsewhere. Still, now that even just my belly has gone down this much, I have more confidence, more clothing options, and these days life feels really good. I’ve been excitedly going out drinking too, but lately I feel like I haven’t been dieting at all, so I suddenly got scared I might gain it back. I need to find my original mindset so I don’t gain. Oh, and I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like my stretch marks are also getting quite a bit lighter. Is everyone like that..? Anyway, LAMS is the best in many ways... I’m happy.... I’ll work hard on my diet! Thank you, doctor-god...
